Founding Account Executive

Go-to-market Remote Recruiting tech

You're our first commercial hire. That means finding the teams with a real sourcing problem, showing them what a code-based shortlist looks like, and building the motion that carries them from curious to signed.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound to in-house talent teams, agencies and technical founders
  • Demo with live searches for the roles a prospect is trying to fill right now
  • Close self-serve and team plans, then use what you learn to shape packaging
  • Feed objections straight back into the product roadmap

What we look for

  • You've sold to recruiters or engineering leaders, and hit quota doing it
  • Comfortable explaining how the ranking works when a prospect pushes back
  • You build your own pipeline instead of waiting for one to show up
  • You'd rather write the playbook than inherit one

Growth & SEO Lead

Marketing Remote Content & SEO

Own the reason hiring teams end up on our site at all. What we publish, how it ranks, and how many of those readers go on to run a search: that's your scoreboard.

What you'll do

  • Grow content that ranks for real hiring intent, at scale and one page at a time
  • Keep technical SEO honest: crawlability, structured data, internal linking, Core Web Vitals
  • Follow the funnel from landing page to first search to paid, and fix what leaks
  • Take GitHunt to the places developers and recruiters already spend their time

What we look for

  • You've taken a B2B or developer product from quiet to a channel that pays for itself
  • At home in analytics and Search Console, and honest when the numbers disappoint
  • You edit your own copy and can read a diff, so shipping never waits on someone else
  • Bonus: you've shipped programmatic SEO before and know where it goes wrong
